Praying For Your Future Husband

Wow. I read this one quickly. Praying for Your Future Husband by Robin Jones Gunn and Tricia Goyer.
—————–
Have you ever wondered about praying your future husband? Would it do any good? Does anyone else do it? This book answers all those questions and so much more. It tells of stories from the authors and real women who made mistakes, prayed, and a ton of other things before meeting the man they were made to marry.

This book puts a new perspective on a book like this. It’s not a how-to with things to pray for, it’s a collection of poems, tales from the authors, bible verses, and letters from real women who prayed for their husbands.
One thing I love about this book is the authors. They’re brutally honest about not only their past but the mistakes they’ve made.
The way this book was laid out too was great and convenient, plus the pages have a design on them making them so cute. Even the cover is inviting and makes you want to open and read the contents.
Unlike some books, the cover and pages aren’t the best part of book. The contents are. I believe anyone who isn’t married needs to read this and apply it to their daily lives. I’ve definitely started to pray for my future husband daily unlike before when it was every now and again.
Overall, this is a fantastic book that any teen needs to read and is a perfect gift for a teen girl whether it’s your daughter or your best friend.
I give it five out of five.
I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review
